When a departed member of staff has locked a company device, or a household has lost the local administrator password, we restore legitimate access for the owner. The next step is included: how to monitor and protect so it is harder to repeat.

Windows and Linux. Domain-joined or standalone. Hamburg and Northern Germany for on-site work. Remote when the case allows. All fees plus statutory VAT.

Some devices cannot be recovered without data loss. We say so in the written confirmation. We do not recover a machine that is not in your custody. We do not recover access for a third party against the owner.
