What we process

• Contact details you send us (name, organisation, email, topic, message) - to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
• Disclosure submissions (name, email, reason, notes, and any file you upload) - to handle a confidential report (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Remote-support requests (contact details, subject, appointment window) - to arrange billed support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Collection requests (contact details, site address, equipment classes, indicative selection) - to arrange a collection visit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Technical data needed to run and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visitor measurement (page address, referrer, screen size) to understand use of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Protection of forms

Forms include a short human check generated on this server. We do not use third-party challenge services.

Retention

Contact messages and disclosure material are kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet legal duties, then deleted or archived.

Recipients

Messages are delivered to Jan Gebser. Visitor measurement is provided by Insights, operated by NETCORE / Webservice Digital. No advertising networks.

Cookies

A session cookie is set when you use a form or a private access link. It is required for that purpose and is not used for advertising.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and lodge a complaint with the Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
